The set lunch

The set lunch is served to the whole table. Dishes from the à la carte menu can be added on top of it.
Bread included; water: one bottle for every two guests. Extras not included. The à la carte menu is also available at lunch.

Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilli, with fresh cherry tomatoes.
Carbonara
Mezze maniche pasta, guanciale, pepper, pecorino, fresh eggs.
Main courses
Respiro di menta
Seared sea bass on courgette and mint cream, courgette crisps.
Fuoco Lento
Slow-cooked pork ribs, BBQ sauce, seasonal vegetables and BBQ mayonnaise.

Griddled chicken discs with white cabbage, confit cherry tomatoes and Parmigiano fondue.
