The present tense of taste
Chef Stefano Pro's cuisine of sea and land, in Frosinone.

We live in a time when everything rushes. We chose to do the opposite.
Stefano Pro's cooking is born where sea meets land, memory meets the present, technique meets simplicity. A cuisine that does not set out to amaze at all costs, but to be remembered.
The menu is divided into starters, first and main courses only to make it easier to read: it is not an order to follow. A main can come before a starter, two first courses can become a dinner. Taste has no rigid rules: it has its own time, and that time is ORA.

Chef de cuisine
Stefano Pro
Cooking that brings together technique, memory and creativity: a constant balance between sea and land, tradition and freedom.
Born in Ferentino, trained at the hotel school in Fiuggi and shaped between the Romagna riviera and the mountains of Trentino, he now leads a young brigade and signs ORA's tasting menus. His teachers were his grandmother and his mother, who taught him that tradition always wins.
The chef and the restaurant“The road is still long, but in the meantime we enjoy it, step by step, dish by dish.”
In the summer months
The garden
The most intimate heart of the restaurant: a space that brings together nature, light and quiet.
In summer we dine outdoors, in a green refuge where the rush stays outside and the evening fills with soft lights, smiles and flavours that taste of home.
